Current Opportunities:

Senior Optimization Consultant

We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a talented consultant to help clients improve online conversion rates. You will meet with clients via web-based meeting tools or on-site to provide direction, expert advice and ideas for improving website conversion rates. This job is at our World HQ in Draper Utah, 15 minutes from world-class hiking, biking, climbing and skiing opportunities.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Work with client staff members to develop a conversion optimization strategy.
• Write test strategy docs which detail requirements and timing of activities.
• Provide training and support on use of the Vertster solution(s).
  
• Verify client understanding and implementation of the software.
• Write technical integration docs which summarize the implementation of specific optimization campaigns with the clients website.
• Manage client expectations and provide deliverables in a timely fashion.
• Identify opportunities for sales of additional products to clients.
  
• Communicate with Vertster sales staff to ensure timely close of these opportunities.
• Work with the Vertster sales team and prospective clients to understand client needs and demonstrate Vertster capabilities and solutions.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in marketing or similar business related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• 3+ years online marketing, web analytics, or usability experience- using tools like Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Webtrends
• Prior consulting experience, preferably with fortune 1000 companies
• Proven knowledge of HTML, DHTML, Javascript, CSS
• Web Design experience

Helpful but not required:

• Familiarity with Google Website Optimizer, Vertster, Test and Target, or other conversion optimization tools helpful
• Familiarity with 37 Signals Basecamp product, and similar project management applications.

Sales Executive

We are looking for a polished, accomplished professional Sales Executive to join us on the ground floor. You must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to work hard!

You will use your prospecting skills to identify and build relationships with potential new customers. You should be comfortable in developing prospects by cold calling, networking, referrals, follow-ups, as well as interacting with existing clients. Next, you will use your sales abilities to demonstrate the power of the Vertster solution to IT, Marketing, Management and web design professionals and close the sale.

This will require your complete understanding and knowledge of the Vertster products, competitive products, along with superior verbal and presentation skills. Lastly you will continue to provide sales support for existing customers to ensure their success with the Vertster tools offer/close future sales when appropriate. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity so self direction, flexibility and teamwork is a must.

Qualifications

You will need to demonstrate you have what it takes:

• A track record of closing high dollar value sales and meeting quotas.
• Strong preference given to candidates who have experience with internet metrics and selling from a web site.
• You have worked in an entrepreneurial environment.
• You must be a computer and internet savvy.
• Excellent sales, customer service, presentation, and communication skills.
• College degree preferred but not required.
